The labour govt being in power does not automatically demonstrate the majority of WA views. Their debacles continue in education, taxation and economic management that Ripper claims to be of their doing.
Raising taxes is like raising prices without basis and businesses fail because of this short minded view.
The labour govt is failing this state financially in times of economic success. They claim to be for the people and yet they raise stamp duty exponentially in a property boom and claim to have a fiscal policy that supports the people ......give me strength!
Alan Carpenter I actually like as a person, however he is not a leader...he is a puppet of the union movement and the latest developments have proven as much.
I admire his fortitude but his is about to be grilled.
