So Longjohn do you think there will be an offer of something like a 1 cqt for every 4 ell shares.
Thats only diluting cqt to the tune of around 40million shares and is easily achievable without an egm.
It would give JT and his mates a better hold on cqt so when the time comes for cqt to be taken over they have a bigger block from somone like Goldfields and demand more for there personal holdings.
It also allows cqt to remain afloat after a takeover and transform from a diamond company to a gold to a uranium company meanwhile leaving JT with his original U tenaments in North QLD that he can make more dollars from again.
If this is the case JT is a very ingenious and market savvy operator and Im blown away by what can be done.
But then again this is just a quick thought and all could be BS.
