It's like talking to a very, very thick brick wall.
I'll try to keep it simple:
CNNC only have the option to buy at an independently assessed fair value - that is the (contested by PDN) contractual option they are attempting to activate - it's not a negotiation... they pay the assessed value or they don't.
If they don't then the next question is - do PDN have the necessary BH agreement for restructure?
Everything else is stupid speculation.
Now - Please attempt to keep this thread on topic - best guesses as to what that valuation might be.
