Thanks Happy. I wonder whether your update from the company today potentially has some inferential significance. I am interested in the fact that the company has advised you that it is “pushing to complete DD in the prescribed time including having the pseudo legal matter resolved”.

The legal dispute involves two concurrent actions, being the WA Supreme Court Writ and the DRC Administrative Appeal). The only way that this legal dispute is going to be resolved within 19 days is for a negotiated withdrawal by the Plaintiff/Applicant of its claims. If AVZ is suggesting that it is attempting to resolve the legal dispute within the DD period, the reasonable assumption, I believe, is that AVZ is considering a negotiated resolution. I believe that could be in the interests of shareholders, obviously depending on terms.
