Market response to some announcements could be huge. Yesterday SCU said they are thinking of entering medical cannabis industry. Its share price increased from 1 cent to a high of $1.08 with a reasonable volume, just in two days ( Yes, unbelievable). SCU is a company that has no revenue at all. Imagine what a good announcement can do to a company that earns close to $1 billion revenue per year? A good announcement such as "new debt owners have decided to extend the loan by 5 years"
