Admittedly good to see, but probably not stock specific. Eg PDN holding increased from 36.6 million in Sept 2016 to 80 million recently. Stock price in that time fallen 40 %.
Anyway, besides IQE which could be a little ripper, every day no announcement means still negotiating. Would prefer agreement but will live with extension.
Reckon we are alive only because of Paducah, but since that is a reality, that's good enough for me.
