Your dismissal of the effect of water vapour is a joke!
At any point in time water vapour makes up the MAJORITY OF THE GREENHOUSE GASES. Sure water vapour is created and it leaves the atmosphere as rain. The amount though varies over time and its presence os more cloud or less cloud also varies over time. Those variations have an effect. Its madness to simply ignore that effect.
The CO2 level also varies. Co2 leaves the atmosphere as it is absorbed by plants . It also is absorbed by the oceans.
What peer group reviewed the IPCC decision to simply ignore water vapour, the biggest of all greenhouse gases?
