More interesting is the volume. There has been 250,000 ADRS traded over 2 days equal to 7.5m shares or just over 2% of the Company. At a market cap of US$60m maybe an acquisition is cheaper than a license. Consider the propsect of someone securing say 5% and then doing a deal with Mervyn for his shares ahead of a bid - with 50% secured the acquisition becomes a formality.
