They really should consider dropping Sam Wright if this is the case. External co sec services are cheap to replace (roughly $6k a year fixed plus fees for time spent performing his duties - though this obviously varies with the actual extent of work required). One of the main duties of a co sec is to maintain company registers - if he has too many balls in the air to discharge that duty properly then he really shouldn't be here. Makes you wonder what else he's missed.
