This is a fairly big deal now, only 11 judges/ministers in the STF... appointed by the president. This is a political situation now.
I believe (and pure speculation by me) is that given the petrobras laws are in the constitution it can go to the STF.. and given that I believe petrobras appealed to the STF. I would see this as a positive for now.
When I find out more i'll let you know.
