My response was to his comment that "it may not be a CR". It clearly is, and it is noted on the TH as such. There is zero ambiguity about it. Moreover, on the back of some of the info people have been posting here, terms sheets went out to many brokers yesterday, so it appears they havent been tapped on the shoulder, they just havent gone to the retail market like last time.
