re: historical search of amp posts.smerfdot.com. Whatever and however this is going to be done doesn't matter. What I believe that can be safely concluded is that AMP is on the way up rather than on the way down.
If we have to wait a little longer, so be it. We have a dividend coming up around the corner, and shareholders pliable to many a deal the takeover candidates may be willing to throw at them, as they certainly still aren't happy with AMPs management. Better than money sitting in the bank.
