Spyglass, have you been following lots of speculative oil and mining stocks closely for long? If you have, you will have seen how often the share price has risen quite steeply before, during and after spud. I can only speculate why this happens, but I'm sure FOMO is a large ingredient in the mixing bowl here especially after the 'never ending story' of positive news from 88E. I have little doubt that there is a lot of pressure of this nature building up, albeit the market manipulators continue to heavily cap the share price and dredge up the weak and day trading hands.

Unless some unexpected macro event overrides all, I can envision this 88E cap being blown into the stratosphere in the not too distant future. At that time it won't be my pants that are down and that is a fact!
