I would dearly love that to be the case, as all holders would but that's mere speculation, maybe, wishful thinking.

Could be that the positions are too far apart to arrive at an out-of-court settlement hence the announcement of even more litigation to ratchet up the pressure.

Speculative, again.

Anyway, here's for a 50+ cents a share by the end of the week.
