Patience e...it will get there Alaska is just shaping up too well.....and the sellers are hardly rushing to the exit and taking any old price...at least so far.
Quite a few are getting shaken out worried about a dilutional Cap Rais...i dont buy that theory.....would make a mockery of the divi payment. As i said b4 any shortfall OEL may face i believe they will finance thru a loan against SM71 and pay it off thru SM71 production ala Galoc 2 developement where they borrowed about $60M from memory.
Im not convinced theyll even need any funds...before production SM71....now Alaska has been pushed back to 2018...and who knows the terms of the Tanz FO...they may give over more than 25% for a higher cash component...original FO vetoed by Swala had a $2M cash component?
