    Cap't. I rang the company to find out that it is not a done deal YET. waiting for FIRB and then shareholder votes, so maybe i get to keep my investment.
    The thing now is if it doesnt get through the FIRB why would I want the existing board to keep the seats warm if they couldnt see value holding on.
