I think sentiment is gradually changing towards VCR, they are meeting milestones, sure management isn't supporting by buying on market but from memory all but one took up their allocation in the SPP last year. Things can change quickly for this stock back in May 05 it ran from 70c odd to over 1.60 on no news at all. The longer it trades in this tight range the sharper the move will be when it comes, I'd prefer to see a slow steady climb which has been happening since early March this year. So from where I am sitting the chart is still looking decent... I'll start getting concerned if 90c then 85c failed....
