announcement out- selective and on market buyback
Buying back 8.4% held by GIW and then 14.8 million on market.Currently 324 million shares , after buyback 282 million. will spend about $12.4 million so will still have spare cash for other purposes.
Would like to see another major shareholder come on to the register rather than leave but pleased to see decrease in shares on issue
looking forward to profit guidance and dividend policy to be released on 16 April
