that is true but isn't there a conflict of interest getting loans from family for ridiculous interest of 17.5% pa then upped to 20%pa or the directors wife which would be the directors money at an interest rate of 180% PA

like I have said before things like that would have to stop before the SP goes up as it just looks like they are lining there own pockets at the share holders expense
