totally agree.
they can not (by law) extend the offer any further beyond friday as they have stated it is their final offer. they also can't raise the offer price unless another bidder comes in. obvious question is what they do with their 35%. but it presents a great opportunity for someone to come over the top and take them (and us) out at a nice profit.
i can only see upside from here - and given the rise in spot prices of uranium since the first bid - the upside could be substantial.
