Last night I struggled with this one & I decided to sell 90 per cent of my holding on market this morning . I wouldn't advise anyone to do what I did because I am quite often wrong in these moves . Why did I do this you ask. Well I had to face up to the fact that the board is not with me & they want to sell out their interest .They are not indicating that they intend to develop this deposit . I don't believe this bid will succeed as I can't see the way the company has behaved with stand up to scrutiny . I believed they have not acted in accordance with directors obligations - least certainly not in the interests of all holders that they are supposed to represent - not just their own interests. I believe the bid is likely to stalled and the shares may drop back in price , until they mount a more appropriate bid . I know my action plays into their hands - of them obtaining more shares & control - but I feel I have been sold out & I have no confidence that the co will in future act in my best interests . it's everyone's personal decision & I've made mine - good luck PS - I've had a gut full of getting dudded
