The key thing to note is inflation. Inflation is gaining momentum and the fed needs to keep on top of it. However, inflation is a retrospective calculation and once it has appeared it is very difficult to keep on top of by raising interest rates.
I can see inflation shooting well past the 2% mark this year. This will be very good for gold.
All the interest rate stuff was already priced in. Is the massive money printing campaign finally trickling down to consumer prices in the form of inflation?
