I assume the blacktip field is still 2 years min away from NGP. Cottee stressed on Skype that everyone else except PWC are still at least 2 years from NGP. Note, thats only Jan 2019 so CTP clearly sit in a window of opportunity that spans just 9 months from NGP completion to other sources LOCKING away NGP capacity.

I'm guessing this means CTP have less than 6 months to sure up reserves in PV and Dingo sufficient to get investment grade 10 yr supply GSAs sorted out by December 2017 when pipeline transport agreements will also be finalised as arbitration monopoly pricing rules come into play. This is most certainly a small window of opportunity. And RC says that this shortage came about a year earlier than he'd anticipated (or wished)

I honestly hope that by Voting time another offer is on the table because if not I'm not prepared to watch this company go to the NO dogs, flounder, and die.
