The reason PDN was interested could have been that SMM was undervalued . IF that is the case then the Directors of SMM are responsible as it is one of the resopnsibilities of directors to look after their company's share price. Now they are jammed in with basically a poison pill defence against PDN.Very poor imho.I would expect PDN to walk away.
