As usual there are two sides to the coin. IMO it is a simple possible to probable scenario.
Q: Is it possible that i'll win the lottery?
A: Yes.
Q: Is it probable that i'll win the lottery?
A: No.
The same applies for the launch.
Downrampers or Uprampers is a point of view of when you entered the stock as an investor. If you believe in the management hold. Just ignore the noise!
CR not going to happen at this stage IMO. SAS pre last CR said that they were funded to the launch. When the CR came around a few months ago they said that the funds is towards the next stages.
There will simply not be any advantage in making it happen now.
