If it is a takeover of sorts that will certainly explain the relentless black box trading driving the share price down from $3 in Jan.
Can't see $3 being the starting offer more like 125% of last closing price of $2.60 = $3.25. Without the market manipulation should be 125% of $3.00 = $3.75.
I guess I can't complain having recently re-entered at $2.55, but SIP does look well set up to take advantage of their new factory, their new distribution model, the expiry of many drug patents and the projected increase in growth from aging baby boomers.
