It's just a small-cap stock that runs on extremely low volumes. At any given "regular" day, a $100K can be used to bring this stock 10% up or down. That's all it takes. Though, as you can see from the most recent example, any manipulation would not be forgiven by the directors, they would jump on it first - before everyone else.
