You seem to have lost your way and have become directionless.
Let me detail the priorities to move this project to a successful conclusion on behalf of the shareholders. Firstly focus on what has to be done.
The finance. Get hold of a professional financial negotiator, analyse the situation, put together a strategy and sell the financial package.
Time frame - completed by end of June.
Offtake Agreements. Negotiate between all interested parties and bed down the best deal. Joint venture if you need too.
Time Frame - completed by end of June.
Assess targets for drilling to establish extension of existing resource.
Time frame - Commenced by end of May.
Communication. You have a responsibility to your shareholders to communicate all progress and if the deadlines are not being achieved, advise the market of the reasons. Communicate with the office administration all progress and have them prepare all market announcements.
These are the priorities as a mine manager has been appointed to look after the on site activities and salaries for other personel currently being paid is way in excess of individual performance.
It is also crunch time, if the existing management does not have the skills to develop this project to the next level say so now or an alternative the decision will be made.
The current progess is unacceptable and the sense of urgency needs to be introduced immediately.
