Recent annual report compared to 2016 report shows the company failed in forecast but burned through the cash. Legal action has gone on for almost 12 months now with now end in sight and costs increasing with no major sales. Troubling signs when the Chairman (see Annual report) is the only source of funding for 2017. Shares down over 90% in 12 months.
