Dbl, do you really think those issues are embarrassing ?
You know very well like the rest of us, that the asbestos was left over from the contractor. Sure NAG should have done more DD when they left site, but surprising how little things creep in throughout the night, hey....
In regards to the legal issue, I'm no lawyer, but have been involved with contract terminations, and unless there was a clause that we don't know about, then the contract expired and NAG elected to not renew it. This is not unusual within any corporation......
In relation to the goats, well I actually like goats, they have a quirky character, I don't think the goats pose any issues !
Did you buy in around the 6.0c mark? Would have made a nice little profit by now if you did.......
