To use 'you' in a generalised sense and not refer to you Rosencrantz - if you blow $1.3BIL at the casino, including $700MIL of borrowed money, and find you can't repay it and sit down with the loan sharks who now own your debt to work out how you are going to repay the borrowed money, regardless of who is doing most of the talking, you most definitely aren't going to be calling the shots.
