It's easy to look for every reason under the Sun when a stock doesn't behave the way you want it to. Simple answer is sophs and/or those in at a lower level, taking profits and selling the news.
Cobalt just isn't back in favour yet. MTC a perfect example of a great Ann getting no love. CHK BMT CFE are examples of other Co stocks that are well off their highs.
I'd personally rather have seen a stronger close but not unhappy about seeing all the weak hands out before the drill goes in State side and in DRC.
