I too have sent many Emails to KAI and am yet to receive a reply. So no, I have no inside information in relation to all of this.Sorry to disappoint.
I can only hope that the information trail improves with the new Chairman now onboard.
Until then I can only try to put two and two together from the shock announcements in relation to the third party ownership and Mr Finches sudden resignation.
It can only be in everyones best interests to clear the air about what has and is happening otherwise we may very well see the SP tumble a lot lower than where is finished today.
That would not be a good start for our new ceo if that was to happen due to a lack of news.
Time will tell and I remain positive in regard to KAI's future.
