Yes, I got incredibly lucky by buying a parcel off the back of one 'irrevocable finance' announcements, and I am thankful for the timing.

Now whether or not any of those were true is not for me to say as I don't really care, but for all of the people who do care and lost a packet on the back of Kevs promises, when you reflect back on five years of similar announcements with the same non-outcome, what do you really believe? Can a company have so many 'irrevocable,binding, secured, vendor agreeement, draw-down' type financing secured and signed with a picture and a handshake, only for none to ever see the light of day?

A reasonable person could conclude that something is wrong, and certainly that nothing will be forthcoming in the future
