Indeed - I believe the current situation is:
Legitimacy of the option arbitrated on in Singapore; if deemed legitimate then
'Fair Value' determined by independent assessor
CNNC then have 30 days to pull the trigger or not depending on the cost and regulatory approval I would guess - but if the option is deemed legit and they really want it, they can definitely have it...
