If 100 million people hand't been slaughtered by Marxist between 1900 and 2000 I'd probably say it was unlikely. But since we're on progressing down exactly the same path as those failed Marxist states, and Marxists love slaughtering people who disagree I'd say there's a good chance. Yep.
