So it is now clear that FAR did express interest. So to all those who said that they let the period lapse, here is your answer in black and white. Don't know why they didn't emphasise this point before though. This being the case, FAR's legal stand must be very strong as they are prepared to go all the way.

However, the matter must have been resolved cause the last emails we had point to the fact that we are now waiting for the gov't "Statement". So your point "So is a deal done or not?" I think the decision is already made. This report are only for matters up to end of the year supposedly, although they did mention a couple of things past that.

I think the time is at hand.
