EGM is still on, page-32

Hi Maigret1, I would have thought the directors had a get together this morning and discussed these types of things.
As they should be mostly be on the same page anyway, any differences of opinions could have quickly been settled this morning. KJ has had this meeting on his agenda for the past month, so it was not like he had to be elsewhere.

So far I have not read about anything from the meeting, other than KJ did not attend. I hope there was some reason for this, other than he is packing up and leaving as well, but IMO it is not a good look for a director to not attend.

On some questions a simple we have not yet discussed this subject/topic would be fine for a a new board. Everyone would understand there many aspects they have not had time to discuss.
