For all the deluded who still have their heads buried in the sand.
Ask yourself these questions:
Why would you continue to negotiate with the other party (COP) when they don't even turn up (most of the time)?
Why would you let this go on for 8 plus months?
Do you reckon you are gonna to wear them down and they are just gonna hand over half a billion dollars in Assets?
LOL.....
Now, if you have such a strong case as FAR contends and you have a Big financial backer, why don't you go straight to International Arbitration to get it sorted once and for all?
Remember, International Arbitration is FINAL.
Why the hell would you want to continue with these useless meetings where the other side does not even turn up, instead of getting a result from the International Arbitration?
