Just a thought Cos, some legal practices have a variety of ways to deal with their costs to individuals or companies.
Weekly, monthly,yearly or at the end of their services or a combination of all. A legal firm may decide to let the fees slide till the result is out if they like their chances and can possibly get a higher return.
So many options in this world and in my experience not many are black or white.
