On and off I've owned TFC for a few years. Broke about even. I based my purchase of TFC today (at 1.32) on the fact that sandalwood supply has been exhausted internationally. Conservation management of the plant has been non-existent. In Japan a small box of sandalwood incense costs about $20. This stuff is not getting any cheaper. I know this shorter wanted to make a big splash with their entry into Australia but they seem to have many of the blinkered flaws that I have seen in banking analysts in my time (CG, DB, RBS). They worship the abstract and ignore the fundamentals as the concern of rubes. So long as the mgmt. can curtail their desire to attend F1 after-parties and join conga lines with the F1 Girls then all should be good.
