I am getting the same story but I believe the first lot of drilling was to commence at Kaikoura and work their way back to Wanaka (which borders GME Waite Kauri).
They wanted to drill at Kaikoura first as they were interested in Anaconda's historical drill results, in particular cobalt.
So who are the neighbors at Kaikoura?
