nice one noda couldn't agree more. Any disease modifying agent has to be given at least a 3 month period prior to determining whether a effect is there or not (generally speaking) so for NEU to detect such dramatic changes in 6 weeks is nothing to scoff at.
I couldn't agree more with you saying that the full potential of this drug has not been determined yet. A 6 month trial, high doses to achieve "correct" systemic blood levels of trof will unlock its full potential.
All the signs are there to take this further.
