You laugh when I say that MTN have only a PROVEN resource of 4000 tonnes.
Well I am looking at a report from a prominent Investment Banking firm and they are only considering the 4000t when valuing MTN.
Yes, there is upside - however the valuation metrics being applied to analyse the SMM and PDN offer are only considering certain values.
These "certain" values have resulted in two prominent brokers to say that PDN is paying more than fair value for SMM. Hence when excluding the upside that many of these stocks present, and only using credible and established data - the multiples are exactly as what I posted before.
Institutional thought and research have more influence and more insight than you - and whilst you might question my credibility, I laugh at your simplicity.
