Even if Anchorage dilute *current* shareholders (including staff) completely - they can always issue NEW (post-dilution) performance shares and incentives to retain existing staff.
They sadly do not have to (and will not) do the same for current shareholders.
I'm not sure staff interests are fully aligned with current shareholders - make your own decisions, but counting on this to prevent dilution may prove to be unwise.
