By pure coincidence I came across "Simply Wall Str." where VLW is analysed in many details.
It is a very interesting reading and looking at various graphs, even though I must admit very
humbly that I don't understand all of it. From what I could understand, I would assume that
the purpose of this CR was to strengthen the balance sheet. Funny enough they also point out
that the CEO remuneration is above the average in VLW sector. Overall, coverage by 3 analysts
is reasonable and bode well for future. Let's hope.
PS: with my "luck" I topped up just 1 week before CR. Could pay much less today.
