From ASIC's RG 36, it seems blatant that the report is intended to influence persons to make a decision about TFS Corporation shares.

This is fine, but in my opinion, Glaucus requires an Australian Financial Services License to do this. If they don't have one or are not an authorised representative they are in breach of the Australian Corporations Act.
