As of last month they look like they are only just past clearing the site. As a comparison to the Airtrunk Sydney build they look like they are ~3 months behind.
Airtrunk as of a month ago looks to be advancing well, at ground level but had poored about 1/4 of the concrete for the slab. So still a fair way to go. I'm not very educated on commercial construction but too guess, I would have thought they are still at-least 3-4 months away from base building completion.
