Really? I'd say this picture only tells the story of a Muslim woman who has left the vacinity if the scene, nothing quite like what you are proposing.

What exactly makes you think this is indicative of a Muslim's indifference to others. The fact that she is looking at her phone? A phone is a connection to the news. That she isn't looking at the body? She is clearly past the body.

I'd say that since she is touching the side of her head she is probably shaken and seeking some form of comfort, which is understandable given the situation.
