T+3 is to do with settlement.... some brokers let u make a trade and u dont have to settle for 3 days, mostly 2.... thus if u sell before this time you dont outlay any of your own money..... if the differnece is positive you collect... negative it cost u money.... very dangerous way to trade especially if ur trying to catch a falling knife....
